Refund policy

At Cuddle & Co, we want every purchase to bring joy, comfort, and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
